Yeah, a very impressive 12 games finished a day with those added in.
Keep in mind though, that you can finish 1 vs 1 games quite quickly, particularly if you and your opponent happen to be online at the same time, or schedule such a time. A 9 vs 9 match, OTOH, can take a month or more to finish sometimes. Thus, those who like playing 1 vs 1 will amass more games and, potentially, more wins than those who like playing in bigger dogfights. The latter has the potential to collect more kills, given the larger number of potential targets in a scenario.
Not saying one is better than the other, to each their own
