anyway, if somehow I can't start the game on 25th (you know, sometimes.... accident, hmmm... sometime my wife will calling me from the room .... ) You may just start the game and just post the game link in this msg so that I can follow.
To Participant, for those havn't register at bmwwi. pls register at yahoo. (for easy admins). Just drop your email there for communication. YOu are not force to create pilots ( I will create for u for your touching support) http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/bmwwi/
Game set: Method: Since you are ACE, 1 on 1 is not enough Divide into 4 groups with 4 pilots in each group. Each group take 4 - One of me, three of you 2nd edition. 3 Pfalz D. IIIa vs Sopwith Snipe where each pilot takes place once in the Sopwith Snipe.
Revised. Play ONLY in 8x8 maps with Advanced rules (I will set the battle for, u don't worry), the game will be in challenge mode. You can only Escape the map at the respective side (left for ALlies, right for german) when: 1) no gun 2) less then 3 fuel * 3) Broken engine * 4) All other exit (wrong side, right side but not meeting point 1, 2, 3) will consider pilot kill. All your surviving enemy get 1 kill.
*rules from bmwwi, unmoving pilot without notification to your opp/me for MORE than 3 days is considered PILOT KILL (thought we have automove, who will like a tournament running for years?)
*Scoring: Also, as suggested, the scoring system will be as follows ( with examples) 1. Kill-death Difference 2. No. of death (the smaller the no. the better) 2. by score
e.g. case 1 Imdog kill 4 death 4 score 360 nick kill 4 death 0 score 350
Nick win as kill-death difference win
case 2. imdog kill 5 death 1 score 360 nick kill 4 death 0 score 350
Nick win as no. of death lesser than imdog
case 3 imdog kill 4 death 0 score 340 nick kill 4 death 0 score 350 1. 2. comparison is same, by score then, this time again nick win.
* In case all these criteria fails, two 1 vs 1 match (Snipe vs SSIII/IV)(using the same score criteria) for these two participants will be held to decide who will go into 2nd round.
The 2nd round participant will have the chance to win the following pilot (which can be used in the WWI campaign)
Prize: 3rd Runner Up, Adam, Hans Ritter von (21 vic, Germany) 2nd Runner Up, Alexander, William Melville (22 vic, Canada) 1st Runner Up, Bourjade, L¨¦on J.P. (28 vic, France) Winner, Allmenroeder (Allmenröder), Karl (30 Vic, Germany)
For your compliment, all the participant pilot for this tournament will randomly award ACE with 5 vic.
Participant, according to their rank in BM statistics on 16-June-05 is as follow,
A 013 Lawtygrr B 015 Bramley Bomber C 025 sbrinz D 047 Panoramix B 058 juggernaut C 082 marcuza D 095 morsac A 097 Elder_Dragon C 165 Ashtar D 144 ivanhawk A 164 Capt-Tuttle B 170 lepres D 197 Troll A 200 flying_neko B 208 sven3012 C 246 imdog
