Anyway there could be strange cases we were not able to check (for example an automoving players who is waiting for tail), and here is where your comments can be precious.
I believe this may be one of those cases. Bloodlines has not made a move yet and looks as thow he should have a tail but still has not made a move after recieving tail.

There may be more games but I have not checked them all yet but I do have a number of games where ghost pilots have not moved at all. I will go through my list soon and give you the game numbers but tonight I do not have time to do this.
