We've had a bad troll around here recently (now banned), wetty11 suspected he was back already and overreacted to your legitimate request.
Back to the ace/campaign rules, I've been thinking about them and I think they would really make a great addition to the site. I have even made a todo-list of all the things needed to implement a simple campaign system (e.g. a signup page, pilot listings, automatic scenario creation, apply skills to combat values, etc) 
However, before writing any Blue Max code, I have to finish working on Advanced WSIM Rules first, so it's going to a while before I code anything for BM
(We would also have to ask Nick - the site owner - but I guess he would like having a campaign system).
On the other hand, even without any automatic campaign/ace rules being applied in the games, there have been a few campaign manually organized by players in the past (including myself): if you search 'campaign' as a message subject in the forum you'll find quite a few threads about them
