As far as I can see the email system is working here on Youplay.
I think the problem is that some providers might filter Youplay's emails.
Can you check with Comcast tech support if Youplay emails to you are being filtered?

I too used to get emails from Youplay but since it has switched to the new server I have not received a single email. Since this problem for me occurred when Youplay switched servers (I did not change providers or email services)I think the problem has something to do with the new server.
