Double tap, tap-hold, etc doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any ideas around that? If you go to this url: http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/tutorials/jsexamples/movablewindow.html can you drag its mini window on the left? Nope. The controls all work except for dragging it. It seems iPad isn't supported by the current script we use for moving controls around. Can you drag any of the 3 windows in this page? http://www.youplay.it/beta/play/test/dragTest.html
No, none of those work either. The problem is that the iPad2 doesn't seem to have a way to click-and-hold. I did some brief googling, but couldn't find any way to do this.
Tap-and-hold in Safari (the iPad2 browser) is like a right-click on a PC. It allows you to copy the current selection. It's not a left-click and hold.
Maybe I'll visit an Apple store and let the 'geniuses' there figure it out.
A less than ideal workaround might be to add directional keys to the window that move it X-Pixels in the direction of the arrow, but that just shouldn't be neccesary.
As I said, everything else on the site works great on iPad2 except for that.
