In the "Rank by average points in each game" chart it is a bit unfair to see that people who play Admiral games automatically gather more points and thus reach a higher average score (without having to actually win the game itself) than people who play Captain games.
Maybe you could change it like with the Olympics medals Ranking system ;
First see one's highest average Admiral score and compare accordingly. Then any one admiral score is better than any plurality of Commandeur scores .. compare here also accordingly..and so on.

You could argue that people might concentrate on admirality games to score..but that holds true with the current system as well. At least now things are more transparant.
