The Spanish Treasure needs some balancing. British have won 3 games straight. Spaniards need a lot of luck early or else. Once the British can grab an early point lead, there is nothing the Spaniards can do but wave at them. These small ships cannot go for the long range disabling rigging shots.
I didn't play the scenario but yes, it looks unbalanced. SgtTodd wanted to play it this way before balancing - let's hear what is his opinion after a few games
