Message text This issue comes up again and again. Not being able to target is sometimes devastating in the 4-ship scenarios. I guess it's one of the very few annoying things in the online version of the game and we have to live with it.
A pulldown menu would be the easiest way to fix it, I think. Tell a ship what to fire at in the movement determination action. If another ship moves closer, the order will be overridden. If no other ship moves closer, the ship fires at the determined target. That wouldn't need another step in between moves. |
