My understanding is a win is based on who has more points. When the points are tied, then the team with more tonnage sunk wins.
I believe the only draws are when, a) no points were scored, or b) when all players click the box to offer/accept a draw.
Can someone push Dibbs and Sunttu, my opponents, to make more moves per day. Dibbs makes a move every few days and sunttu one per day.
