REF 13800 all our ships didn't fire either. So we just loose the last turn ????????????????

Ships not fire and dialog says duc has no guns but it has 15 left! Also other french ship did not fire even though it had a rake!

I wonder if it has something to do with double digit guns at the start. All the ships that give bogus crew gone etc had more then 9 guns at the start of the game.
