More difficult? Yes. Depends on your orientation towards the enemy. Also, with more than one ship, this makes it safer and easier. So, almost never have I "exposed myself to a frontal rake". You can close if your ship has a MA of 3 without exposing yourself at all even with one ship.
But sure, it is more difficult than the original rules. No doubt about it! And demasted ship in this game do turn too fast. Nevertheless, to get full points for the ship with little damage to oneself is always a good thing! |
