If you check previous turn, Duc had 36/35 hulls: there's lies the bug!
Some ships were created with excess hulls - the bug has been fixed some days ago but the game was probably created earlier.
If you spot more "excess hull ships" when creating new games, tell me


You know that excess hull ship sounds like a severely obese person? Enough of them around here where I live.
